What’s in an Annual Inspection?
DOT-Ready Trailer Inspection (meets requirements for annual trailer inspection; documentation provided):
Brake & magnet operation, shoes/drums/rotors
Bearings/hubs (play, heat, leakage), seals & caps
Tires/wheels: condition, torque, lug integrity
Suspension: springs, hangers, shackles, equalizers,
U-bolts Lights/reflectors, 7-way, junction box, grounds
Coupler, chains, jack, breakaway kit & battery
Frame/floor/deck/side panels (structural & fasteners)
Clean & inspect rollers/races, replace seals, set preload, torque, and test.
Notes and photos attached to your invoice.

Inspection: fridge, furnace, roof A/C (non-sealed components), water heater, 12V controls, basic LP safety check.
Seasonal service: winterization and de-winterization available; quote by unit.
Mobile at RV parks when appropriate; shop for bench work.
