Yes—free written estimates after inspection. For complex diagnostics, we may quote a diagnostic fee that’s applied to the repair.

Scheduling & Turnaround

How soon can you get me in?
Often same‑week for common services. Call for today’s schedule; emergency safety issues get priority when possible.

How long do repairs take?
Many brake/bearing services are same or next day once parts are on hand. Axles, suspension, and wiring overhauls can vary 1–3 days depending on scope and parts.

Pricing & Payment

How do you price jobs?
Flat‑rate menus for common services (brakes, bearings) plus parts; custom/wiring/welding work is time & materials with an estimate cap.

What forms of payment do you take?
Major cards, cash, and business checks.

Do you charge shop supplies or disposal fees?
We do charge shop supplies. Specialized disposal (e.g., contaminated materials) is also itemized when applicable.

Brakes & Bearings

How often should I service brakes and bearings?
At least 12 months or 12,000 miles; more often for dusty/ag or horse/livestock use.

My brake controller shows an error. Can you fix that?
Yes—we test magnet resistance, grounds, the 7‑way, and controller output to isolate the fault.

How do I know if a bearing is failing?
Heat, wheel play, grease leakage, or a growl at speed. If a cap pops or a hub gets hot, stop and call.

Axles & Suspension

Do I need a new axle for uneven tire wear?
Not always. We measure camber/toe and inspect springs, hangers, and equalizers before recommending replacement.

Can you upgrade my axle rating?
Often, yes—if the frame, coupler, wheels/tires, and brakes support it. We’ll confirm specs.

Electrical & Lighting

Do you rewire entire trailers?
Yes. We install junction boxes, new harnesses, sealed connectors, and LED lighting.

Why do my lights work intermittently?
Usually a ground or corrosion issue. We perform continuity and load testing to find weak points.

Welding, Floors & Panels

Do you weld and repair floors or panels?
Yes—frame welds, hangers, fender brackets, floor/deck sections, and side panel/roof repairs.

Can you add tie‑downs or interior lighting?
Yes—custom fabrication and 12V lighting upgrades are available.

Warranty & Brands

Are you an authorized warranty center?
Yes—for TrailMax and Charmac. We handle diagnosis, photos, approvals, parts, and paperwork for covered repairs.

Do I need to return to the selling dealer for warranty?
No—authorized service centers like us can complete approved repairs.

Parts & Sourcing

Do you stock common parts?
We keep common brake components, bearings/seals, lights, and wiring on hand. Special orders arrive quickly from regional suppliers.

Can I bring my own parts?
We prefer to supply parts we can warranty. If you provide parts, labor is still warrantied but parts coverage is yours.

Policies & Warranty

Do you warranty your work?
Yes—labor warranty on workmanship; parts carry manufacturer warranties. We’ll note coverage on your invoice.

What if the problem returns?
Call us right away. We’ll re‑inspect and make it right per our warranty.
